The Shenandoah Iowa Education Foundation will host their fifth annual “Excellence in Education” banquet on April 25th at Elm Street Grill. Social hour begins at 5 PM with the program and meal to begin at 6 PM. This year, the two recipients of the alumni of the year award are: Chuck Offenburger (Class of 1965) and Roger Scarbrough (1970). They have both made their marks in their respective fields.
